After 27 years of being in Business, Central Plains Novelty is closing.
The store was originally called R.E.'s Novelties, but when the present owners ( Nancy and Zandra ) bought it in 1986 they decided to change the name to Central Plains Novelty.
The store is located at 905 W. Douglas,
